Cousins And A Diptych Dare

My cousins have come to visit today, so I have lots of opportunities to take pictures of people.....Here's my sister Susanna and our cousin Mercy:

They are so cute.....and so easy to photograph. Now I have to figure out how to get three rambunctious boys 9 and under to pose.....I will be blogging about that!

Morgan from Please Don't Eat My Daisies is having a "diptych contest." I barely know how to pronounce "diptych" but I was intrigued by the idea and decided to try it out....

So here's my entry, depicting the same cute girls above....It was taken last time my cousins came to visit, the day of the first performance of our show. Hectic times! I still miss the black hair paint, utter chaos.....But then there were quiet moments like these. Well actually not so quiet. I shot this one in front of our back door- I'd say minutes afterwards a boy came crashing through it, or something like that. You get the picture. Pun not intended.

I'm sure I'll have loads of photos tomorrow taken in the city- we're leaving tomorrow just for the day....
